I’ve just been selected as one of the Canadian Regional Finalists for the Mountain Stage New Song contest! I will be performing next week in Ottawa at the Ottawa Folk Festival August 16th.
Only six people from across Canada are chosen. I am thrilled!
The winner takes part in the finals in Charleston WV.

Most of my blogging has been done on myspace - so you can find updates there. I have been doing a lot of unusual gigs lately - some directing - some classical - some with my students. I have mostly been working on my Celtic Opera. The first Act is done and Paul Buchanan and I are working on the Piano Score. This is a 7 year dream in the making and it has been the challenge of my life. Still, I have one Act to go….
